The bare minimum
Through extensive global research, hours of dedicated study, and the analysis of thousands of YouTube videos, we have identified the optimal strategy for seamlessly integrating our services into the realm of real estate. Due to regulations governing drone operations, all assignments must be coordinated with the government. This requires that any drone flights in residential areas and cities be applied for at least five days in advance. As a result, we require a €50 deposit upfront before submitting the application for permission. If there are any changes in access, or if the property is not ready at the scheduled time, the deposit will be used to cover expenses. In such cases, a new date and a new deposit will be necessary.
